Experiences & Bookings
How do I make a booking?
Visit our Booking page or contact us via our enquiry form. We will respond within 24 business hours to confirm availability and guide you through the process.
What is your minimum guest number?
Our private dining experiences typically accommodate a minimum of 4 guests and a maximum of 30 guests. Corporate and large-format events can be arranged for larger groups — please enquire directly.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
Yes. We accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and most allergy requirements. Please inform us of all dietary needs at the time of booking and we will tailor the menu accordingly.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for private dining experiences and 6–8 weeks for large events or bespoke collaborations. Peak dates (weekends, holidays) book quickly.
Shop & Orders
How do I place a shop order?
Browse our Shop Collection, select your preferred colour variant and quantity, then add to bag. Checkout is processed securely through our payment system.
What is your returns policy?
Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Food and perishable items cannot be returned. Please contact us at hello@bukahauz.com to initiate a return.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also enter your order details on our Order Tracking page.
Payments & Delivery
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna (buy now, pay later), and bank transfer for large event bookings.
How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery is 1–2 business days. See our Shipping page for full details including international rates.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. Customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Gifts & Special Requests
Can I send as a gift?
Absolutely. At checkout, select gift wrapping and add a personalised message. We will package your order in our signature kraft box with a handwritten note at no additional charge.
Can I arrange a bespoke collaboration?
Yes. We work with brands, venues, and individuals on bespoke dining collaborations, pop-up events, and curated gifting programmes. Please contact us with your brief.
