Shipping Information

UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery is £4.95 and takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery is £9.95 and is delivered within 1–2 business days. All orders over £75 qualify for free standard delivery. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

International Shipping

We ship to Europe (5–10 business days), USA & Canada (7–14 business days), and worldwide destinations (10–21 business days). International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Packaging

All Bukahauz products are packaged with care using sustainable materials. Fragile items are wrapped individually with recycled tissue and packed securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Gift orders include our signature kraft box and handwritten note on request.

Order Cut-Off

Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.
