Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or making a booking with Bukahauz, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Bookings & Payments

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 25% deposit. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Bukahauz reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed or unpaid bookings.

Dietary Requirements

You are responsible for communicating all dietary requirements, allergies, and restrictions at the time of booking. While we make every effort to accommodate requirements, Bukahauz cannot guarantee allergen-free environments.

Liability

Bukahauz operates with full public liability insurance. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the booking fee paid. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photography, copy, menus, and branding — is the exclusive property of Bukahauz and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

Bukahauz reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
