Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Bukahauz website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Our Services
Bukahauz provides private dining experiences, chef collaborations, corporate catering, wine tastings, and curated homeware through our online shop. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
Bookings & Payments
All bookings require a deposit to secure your date. Full payment is due 7 days prior to your event. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. Prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Cancellations & Amendments
Cancellations made more than 14 days before an event receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate date changes subject to availability.
Shop Orders
All shop orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders and issue full refunds where items are out of stock. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bukahauz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking or order in question.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
